Barbecue Rub Recipes

Poultry Rub (1/4 cup)

Ingredients, 1 teaspoon chili powder, 2 teaspoons ground coriander, 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 3 tablespoons paprika, 1 tablespoon kosher salt, ½ teaspoon nutmeg, ½ teaspoon sugar.

Combine all ingredients and rub on all sides of the poultry, cover and refrigerate for two to three hours before grilling.

Steak Rub


Ingredients: 3/4 cup of Kosher Salt, 1 tablepoon cracked black pepper, 1 tablespoon paprika, 1 teaspoon cayenne powder, 1 teaspoon mace, 3 cloves of garlic.

Peel the garlic cloves and mash with the broadside of a knife and combine with the other seasonings.Store in a tightly covered jar.
